A little nervous about making 30 classes at this point. I went out of town on Friday andgreat back toolateto make class tonight. But I did skiyesterday, so I have had exercise. But it’s not the same. I do miss the gentle encouragement to do better, be better. I’ll be there on Tuesday I hope. I can tell that yoga helped my body to be prepared for skiing. No sore thighs! Thanks chair pose!
