Exactly what I needed after a stressful day! I was later to work than I like to be, wasn’t as prepared as I like to be and had a shorter day to get the same amount of stuff done. So I was off and got crankier as they day went on. Then the chiropractor said basically I have bad posture. So I was ready to give myself a break when I got to yoga. And I got one. It was beautiful, relaxing, mentally stimulating and indulgent. It helped me make it to the second shift of my day. A woman’s work is never done!
