Crow Pose/Bakhasana

I’ve been babying my back for a few weeks so I’ve been sticking to gentle and Hatha1 classes lately. It felt wonderful to move again. Briskly, repeatedly, energetically. My body was thrilled, even my back didn’t complain!

Our instructor gave us a helpful tidbit on Crow Pose that made a difference for me and I was able to hold myself up longer. We’re still talking mere seconds, but it felt years longer. It was like, look at me, look at me! She reminded us to put our knees on our forearms more for better stability.
